- We have
acquired a land from Land and Land reforms Department, Government
of West Bengal near Eastern Metropolitan By Pass in the extreme Southern
flank of Kolkata where we propose to build our Office cum training
center.
- We have
also acquired another piece of land from Kolkata Municipal Development
Authority, Government of West Bengal in Barisha at South West Part
of Kolkata where we propose to build a health clinic for old age people.
- The
Third piece of land was gifted by Wahid Ali Seikh, a local resident
of Foolmalancha in District South 24 Parganas where we propose to
develop a herbal medicinal plantation center with the help of Jadvapur
University. We are also actively perusing a complete village project
in that area very soon.
- We are
trying to acquire land for a complete old age village in near future.
- We would
like to carry on more survey on the practical problem of the society
with special emphasis on women empowerment. For cherishing that, we
have earmarked the micro credit project which has been running in
the three states of India i.e. West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh and Bihar.
- We would
like to make survey on the financial state of the female members in
the micro credit network and desire to find any scope of improvement
in their per capita income. Needless to mention, it is often said
that in some places, women have been more burdened with loan than
improving their financial state and self sufficiency, due to unprofessional
way of running the micro credit units run by the Voluntary organization.
- Our
in-depth and earnest survey will assist the government in framing
future policy decision on micro credit system run by the voluntary
organizations in India.
